MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR
SUBJECT:
Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. Therefore, we recommend that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to the APPLICANT be corrected to show that he was exempt from the cardio component of his 3 October 2012 Fitness Assessment (FA), resulting in an overall composite score of 76.33, which constitutes a satisfactory rating.

APPLICANT CONTENDS THAT: On 29 August 2013, the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records (AFBCMR) changed the effective dates of his FY 2010 ACP contract to 24 May 2010 through 3 May 2012.
